These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AppFetcher service ("Service"), operated by FRST Media Europe B.V., Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK 80008798). By purchasing access to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on the AppFetcher platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence), that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FRST Media Europe B.V. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.

2. The Service

AppFetcher is a mobile content platform providing access to a collection of mobile digital content including short videos, casual browser games, wallpapers, and related mobile extras. Content is made available through your mobile browser — no dedicated app or software installation is required. The content catalogue is curated and updated regularly. Access is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Price & Billing

Access to AppFetcher is sold as a single, one-time purchase. The following pricing and billing terms apply:

By confirming the purchase, you authorise a single charge of €10,00 to your mobile account. It is your responsibility to ensure your mobile account is active and able to process carrier-billed payments.

4. No Subscription

AppFetcher is not a subscription service. Because you are charged only once, there is nothing to cancel and no further charges will be applied to your mobile number unless you choose to make a new purchase yourself.

If you see a AppFetcher charge you do not recognise, or believe you were charged more than once in error, please contact us at info@appfetcher.com and we will assist you within two business days.

5. Content Access

Your purchase gives you access to the AppFetcher content collection. Content is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may watch videos, play games, download wallpapers, and use the materials for your own entertainment — you may not share access, distribute content, or make it available to third parties.

The content catalogue is updated regularly. Specific titles or content items may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice. Access to the service depends on your mobile carrier connection.

6. Refunds

Because AppFetcher provides immediate access to digital content upon purchase, we are generally unable to issue refunds once access has been provided. This is consistent with your rights under EU consumer law regarding digital content made available immediately upon purchase.

Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed charge by emailing info@appfetcher.com with your mobile number, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

Breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through AppFetcher — including but not limited to video clips, games, wallpapers, images, and interface elements — is protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

No ownership of or title to any content is transferred to you. All intellectual property rights in the content and the AppFetcher platform remain with FRST Media Europe B.V. or its licensors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Specific content items may be added, modified, or removed without notice. Access to the Service depends on your mobile network connection, which is outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@appfetcher.com first so we can seek an amicable resolution before any formal proceedings are initiated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice by updating this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the Service.
